You’ve built a successful life. Now what?

Something deeper is calling. Let’s discover it together.

You sense there’s a depth in your experience of life that hasn’t been fully realized. You may have tried, and the work you have done may have been meaningful, but what’s calling you now lives beyond the mind’s understanding into the felt experience of coming home to a more expansive reality.

This is where insight evolves to your embodied experience.

Who you work with matters as much as the work itself.

About

Scott Radzik

I’ve spent most of my adult life with the echo of one imperative: know thyself.

That calling led me to a career in private practice as a licensed psychotherapist, through training in somatic experiential psychotherapy, depth psychology, mindfulness, group Gestalt work, body movement and breathwork, indigenous spiritual practices, and meditative practices. It led me into 26 years of shared consciousness work with my wife, raising our children with the same intentionality I bring to the people I serve.

Eventually it led me beyond the clinical frame. The work I’m called to requires a wider lens than what psychotherapy engages. What I offer now isn’t therapy, and it isn’t conventional coaching. It’s direct, experiential work with the body, the nervous system, the emotional and relational fields, and the deeper dimensions of what moves through us: archetypal forces, ancestral patterns, the intelligence that exists beyond our individual story.

I don’t guide you to where I haven’t been.

What I bring isn’t a set of techniques. It’s a vast foundation of embodied experience, and the capacity to meet you in a space that is safe, attuned, and unhurried, where what’s larger than both of us can be felt and honored.

Here’s how the work unfolds.

The Journey

The Work

Transformation doesn’t happen in a single breakthrough. It unfolds in stages, each one building on the last. The process is shaped to your readiness, your rhythms, and what’s calling you forward.

I work with clients locally in Oregon and via secure video. The full-day immersive is arranged in person. Preparation and integration sessions are available virtually.

  1. A Conversation

We begin with a call with no agenda and no pressure. Just an honest exploration of where you are, what’s moving in your life, and whether this is the right work at the right time. You’ll get a sense of what it’s like to work together. I’ll listen to who you are and what you’re bringing. Together, we’ll assess fit and readiness.

This conversation is complimentary and creates no obligation.

  2. Clarity and Vision

If there’s a mutual fit, the next step is a dedicated session to go deeper: what’s calling you forward, what you want for your life, where your deepest longings point. This session connects you with the heart of why you’re here, and it gives both of us a clearer picture of what wants to unfold.

This is where you’ll experience what it’s like to work together with guided presence.

  3. Core Foundational Work

Over five sessions, awareness expands, of your body, your nervous system, your emotional energies. You begin to witness experience without reactivity. You begin to notice what’s been running beneath the surface, unexamined. We’ll bring curiosity to what you’ve identified as yourself and the habitual ways you’ve been living in the world, deepening your understanding of relational patterns that have shaped you.

This phase is not preliminary. It is foundational.

Many people experience significant shifts through this work alone, not because they’ve acquired something new, but because they’ve allowed something that was always present to reveal itself.

For those who choose to continue into deeper transformational experience, this foundation becomes the preparation for what follows.

  1. Deep Transformational Work

When readiness emerges for the deepest level of transformation, this work includes both an immersive experience and the integration that follows.

    The Day-Long Immersive

A customized full day of transformational work that may include guided meditation, nervous system practices, breathwork, somatic engagement, and contemplation of the questions that matter most to you.

The immersive day creates conditions for shifts that months of weekly sessions might not reach. Awareness opens. Clarity may arrive from places you weren’t looking. Here, you begin to sense that what’s moving through you is larger than your individual story: archetypal forces, patterns carried through lineages, the intelligence of the body that knows what the mind cannot grasp. The questions you came in with may resolve quickly, and deeper, more important ones often emerge on their own.

  1. Integration

This is where clients consistently say the real work happens.

The immersive experience opens a door. Integration is how you learn to live through it. In the five sessions that follow your day-long immersive, over the course of two to three months, we anchor what emerged. We translate insight into practice. We build the structures that allow transformation to take root.

Without integration, even the most profound experience fades back into memory. With it, the change becomes how you live.

  2. Ongoing Support

Many clients continue with monthly or bi-weekly sessions to sustain their growth, navigate new challenges from a more expansive place, and keep deepening. The work doesn’t end. It evolves with you.

  3. Working with Couples

Meaningful relational transformation requires each partner to develop their own capacity first.

Couples work begins with both partners completing individual preparation separately. When two people have each done their own deep work, the shared experience becomes more powerful than either could achieve alone. You arrive in the relational space with resources, self-awareness, and a depth of presence that transforms what’s possible between you.

If only one partner is ready, individual work is a powerful and meaningful path on its own, and will ultimately change the default relational patterns in the relationship.

The journey begins with a complimentary conversation.

Investment

This work represents a significant investment, in time, in presence, and in the kind of inner transformation that doesn’t fade when you return home. People spend as much on a vacation. The difference is that a vacation leaves you with memories.

This work changes the trajectory of your life.

The pathway is structured in stages, each building on the last: foundational preparation, a deep immersive experience, and integration that anchors what emerged into how you actually live. The investment reflects the full arc of that commitment, and is discussed personally, because this work is personal.

If the investment is a genuine barrier for work you feel truly called to, say so when we talk. This work is meant to be accessible to those it’s meant for. Limited scholarship support is available for the right fit.

The next step is a conversation. No numbers, no pressure. Just an honest exploration of whether this is the right work at the right time for you.

This work asks something of you. Here’s how to know if you’re ready.

Readiness

Is this right for you

You sense there’s a depth in life that hasn’t been fully met. You’re navigating something significant: a shift in identity, in your relationships, in the direction of your life.

Maybe you’re empty nesting. Considering a career change. Grieving a loss. Contemplating mortality. You’re not in crisis, but you’re not wanting to settle for continued status quo.

You’ve done some form of inner work before, whether therapy, coaching, contemplative practices, or your own dedicated practice. You understand that real change asks for your full participation.

You’re willing to feel discomfort, sit with uncertainty, and show up honestly. You don’t need to be spiritual. You don’t need to fully understand what this work is before you begin.

You do need to be willing.

The preparation sessions teach a great deal, and they meet you wherever you are. What matters most is your hunger to go deeper and your readiness to engage.

This work asks for your time, your honesty, and your willingness to practice between sessions what you’re discovering within them. What’s required is a willingness to soften, to surrender into the process, and to allow yourself to be guided by what emerges. It requires your partnership.

Let’s Begin

Your curiosity brought you here.

It means something that your path has found you here.

The next step is a conversation. No commitment. No pressure. Just an honest exploration of whether this work is right for you, right now.
